Agreement to terms
By using the Pakhi Beauty Care website or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or services.
Use of services
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book services on your own. Clients under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian, who must give consent for any chemical, waxing or colour service.
Account registration
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
Appointments and bookings
Appointments are confirmed only after we contact you by call, WhatsApp or email. Please arrive five to ten minutes early. If you arrive late, we may shorten your treatment so the next client is not delayed, and the full price still applies.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to four hours before your appointment
- Repeated no shows may require a deposit for future bookings
- Bridal and event bookings are confirmed with a 30% advance
- Bridal advances are non refundable within 15 days of the event date but can be moved to a new date once
Health, allergies and patch tests
Please tell us about allergies, skin conditions, medication, pregnancy or recent cosmetic procedures before your treatment. We carry out patch tests before colour, bleach and chemical services. If you decline a recommended patch test, you accept responsibility for any reaction. We may refuse or change a service if we believe it is unsafe for you.
Results
Results vary with skin type, hair condition, lifestyle and aftercare. We describe expected results honestly but cannot guarantee a specific outcome. If you are unhappy with a service, tell us within 48 hours and we will review it with you.
Prices and payment
Prices on our website include applicable taxes and may change without notice. Prices for some services depend on hair length or treatment area, and we confirm the final price before we begin. Payment is due at the end of each appointment by UPI, card or cash.
Products
Retail products must be returned unopened and in original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Pakhi Beauty Care or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pakhi Beauty Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pakhi Beauty Care, its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
